This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of an organisation and be involved in various processes, making this an interesting and varied position. The client has a large workforce in NI and beyond, with a focus on business improvement and developing their staff.
The Role
- Responsible for ensuring a high level of engagement across all areas of the business including recruitment and absences.
- Strive to create innovative improvements for the business through detailed reporting and analysis.
- Working closely with management to ensure employee well being.
- Ensuring a high level of compliance and data entry.
The Person
- The ideal candidate will be coming with previous experience working within operations or engagement.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work off own initiative.
- Ability to problem solve with an excellent work ethic.
- Confidence in working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
The package for this role is a salary of £35,000 with an attractive benefits package. This is a fantastic organisation with a range of further development opportunities. This role will give you will be working within an excellent team, gaining a wealth of experience. The role is based within Belfast city centre and working off a hybrid working model.
