Role Overview:

As an Engineer (graduate to senior) at Photonic Universe, you will be the key member of our technical team dealing with the most complex renewable energy systems and sharing your technical expertise with colleagues and clients. You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Advising the sales team on the design and best configuration of solar power systems for our clients;
• Sizing solar systems for specific applications and providing wiring diagrams;
• Providing technical support to existing customers in relation to wiring, installation and equipment settings;
• Troubleshooting problems with systems or components;
• Refurbishing and repairing electrical equipment returned by customers;
• Working in close cooperation with the sales advisers to support the technical sales process;
• Performing technical content-based work, such as preparing and updating user manuals, technical datasheets, articles, FAQs etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (for graduate-level candidates);
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting power systems (for senior-level candidates);
• Strong technical acumen with great attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively.
