Job Details

• This position is responsible for developing new and improving existing solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies such as Windows, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Office 365 and Teams.
• This role sits within our wider Chief Information Office (CIO) within the Colleague Engineering team. You will be supporting the design, implementation and service transition of solutions working in collaboration with our operational teams.
• You will be troubleshooting complex problems, including preview and early adopter technologies, with a determination to understanding root cause
• There will be collaboration with wider teams to drive operational improvement and incident reduction to improve overall colleague experience.

Skills we would love you to have

• Successful candidates will have prior experience across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows device configuration / management.
• You will have previous experience working in an Agile / Sprint environment.
• It is essential to have excellent communication skills in this position as you will be collaborating with technical and business stakeholders on a daily basis
• You will bring an understanding of mobile application management for Android and iOS devices
• You will be proficient with the designing and execution of test scenarios in a time pressured environment.
