Engineer - Production and Manufacturing

This role is a key support function to the production team, and the successful candidate will need to have a positive, can do attitude, with a keen eye for detail, and be calm under pressure.

The company is a close knit team and are looking for a very hands on person.

The role has one direct report, an Assistant Engineer.

Currently the role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

The very nature of the role means that an element of work will be required outside of the normal working week, with occasional weekend work, however, it's not expect that the individual will work more than 40 hours per week.

A history of working in the food industry would be advantageous.

A level 3 in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance Engineering or equivalent would be required.

Electrical engineering experience would also be desirable.

You should have experience in a similar role, or a role with exposure to process equipment.
