Salary: £25,000 rising to £27,000 after 6-month probation period
30 to 45 hours per week, term times plus flexible working during school holidays.

a successful and well-established fire alarm company, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Diary Scheduler/Help Desk Support Administrator to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames.

Take on a varied and interesting role where you'll schedule and arrange engineers' jobs, process job calls, produce client reports, and provide exceptional help desk support.
Showcase your excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, along with your confidence in building rapport both internally and externally.

As the Engineer Works Scheduler and Help Desk Support Administrator, you will input data into our main database system, handle general office duties, and play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.
If you have electrical knowledge or basic fire alarm defence equipment expertise, that's a plus! After the initial training period, a suitable place within the company and a continued training development plan awaits successful candidates.
