Engineer Administrator / £23,000 - £25,000 / Rochester, Kent - Office Based / Permanent My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an Administrator/Phone Based position and will have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
Duties:- Booking in maintenance visits
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answering inbound calls and providing customers with an excellent service
- Recording engineers' timesheets
- Processing invoices
- General Administrator
Essential Skillset:- A minimum of 1 years' experience in an Administration/phone based position
- Successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling engineers
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload
Package: - £23,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
- Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm
- Friday - 9am - 4pm
- 25 days holiday
