Engineering Development Team Lead

We are currently looking for a Engineering Development Team Lead to join a pharmaceutical company based in South Wales. As the Engineering Development Team Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of multidisciplinary engineers to develop new hardware products as the business grows and we broaden our product portfolio.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Engineering Development Team Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Assist in defining the objectives, deliverables, and scope of the project in conjunction with the relevant parties.
2. To guarantee smooth product development, communicate with various departments such as research, software, manufacturing, quality, and sales.
3. The leading of an interdisciplinary group of hardware and software engineers.
4. Oversee technical aspects of product design to guarantee innovation and dependability.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Engineering Development Team Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in electronics or hardware engineering. Any related discipline is acceptable too.
2. Proven industry experience in leading teams that successfully launch products.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with electronics designs and electronics product development.
