This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Director or Manager to spearhead development, becoming head of a complex of departments, ranging from Technological, to Engineering and Design.

In this varied role you will be responsible for leading an array of teams from Manufacturing & Design to Software & Data teams. You will find the most effective way to deliver technology & projects that can be leveraged globally while developing and reviewing the Engineering strategy for the company, acting as a key contact.
The ideal candidate will strong experience within the Engineering industry specifically within senior leadership, have a degree in Engineering or Technology relating to Engineering, have staff management experience leading technical professionals and be ready for their next career challenge. They will also need to be comfortable within the Technology space, due to monitoring IT, Software & Data teams.

The Role:
* Lead, coach and develop the Engineering, Design, Data & Software teams
* Support the managers/leaders with performance and development of their teams
* Develop and review the Engineering strategy acting as a key overall contact for the company
* Enhance knowledge & capability by organising the development and delivery of technical training
The Person:
* Strong Senior Leadership experience within Engineering
* Proven staff management experience leading technical professionals
* Degree in Engineering, Technology or a similar discipline
* Any experience within packaging beneficial
* Site based in Wantage (commutable from Oxford, Reading, Swindon)
