Salary: up to £32,000 Depending on Experience
We are actively seeking an Estimator with a technical background in either engineering or manufacturing, capable of effectively fulfilling a commercial role by estimating new inquiries and providing support to the team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Precisely interpreting customer requirements from specifications and drawings.
Formulating quotations and price proposals with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing Excel and proprietary software.
Offering expert responses to technical inquiries from clients in collaboration with our team of production and manufacturing engineers.
Diligently following up on inquiries and seeking feedback from customers.
Seamless collaboration with engineering, production, and quality staff to ensure accurate quotes and meet customer-specific requirements.
Preferred candidates will possess the following skills:
Thorough understanding of manufacturing principles.
Experience in the sheet metal/fabrication industry, with automotive or motorsport experience being a significant advantage.
Proven experience in a customer service role within a business-to-business environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
