Purpose Of Role:

In summary, the E&M Manager is part of the site management team and, in line with business, will provide client & legislative requirements, leadership & management of CHP E&M philosophy, strategy, actions, results & compliance during all running states. The E&M Manager will lead, direct, organise & manage the E&M Department, ensuring personnel are fit for work, competent in completing their job role responsibilities & also the requirements of the Group Operating standard.

What a great candidate looks like:

• Experience working within the Energy / Nuclear / Heavy industries work.
• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience managing a small team.
• E&M experience in a 24/7 process at department head level.
• Fundamental knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering compliance and legislation. ATEX, DSEAR etc
• Plant SHE procedures and documentation including PTW systems, confined space entry requirements.
• COMAH Awareness.
• Working knowledge of Quality management systems
