Are you an Engineering Maintenance Manager with the ability to motivate a diverse range of individuals? Are you looking to join a global manufacturing company in a fascinating and challenging working environment?
Working at their global R & D facility you will lead a team responsible for equipment installations, maintenance, and facilities management.
The ideal candidate will not only be significantly experienced in an Engineering Maintenance Managers role, but will also be an exceptional people manager, being able to motivate a diverse team of engineers and scientists within an R&D environment.
The client is looking for someone with excellent line management skills who can inspire staff through a positive leadership style.
The role will focus on managing staff (6 maintenance engineers), budgets, strategy, and projects with a goal to ensuring a safe, reliable and efficient maintenance and installation function within the site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager with attractive rates of pay and an interesting and varied working environment.
The Role
* Engineering Maintenance Manager within an R&D/Manufacturing environment
* Managing a team of six Maintenance staff
* Focus on maintenance, installation, and facilities management functions.
* Project Management duties

* Experience Engineering & Maintenance Manager
* Experience of managing a team and budgets whilst being able to inspire staff through positive leadership style
* Working use of tools such as HAZOP,5S, TPM.
* Experience of managing improvement projects
