Engineering Manager, South West (M4/M5 corridor)

Resolve Recruitment are working with an established, family-owned company offering earthwork solutions to the construction industry. Due to continued growth and expansion, they seek an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team based in their offices near Bristol.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Engineering Manager:

• Stockpile Surveys
• Production of drawings
• Manipulation and Interpretation of data using CAD
• Weekly and Monthly data capture summary appraisals
• Production of Machine Control files on Trimble Business Centre platform
• Use of the Matrice M300 RTK
• Setting Out

Experience & Qualifications required for the Engineering Manager:

• Civil Engineering Degree (complete with Internship)
• Minimum 3 years post grad employment for an Earthworks Contractor, Civil Engineering or Groundworks contractor
• Machine Control Systems - Trimble (essential)
• Civils 3D (essential)
• Drone experience / GVC pilots licence
• Trimble Business Centre
• Pix 4D (desired)
• DJI Terra (desired)
• Trimble Works OS
• Trimble Works Manager

Additional Requirements for the Engineering Manager:

• Numerical / Analytical / Manipulation of data
• Ability to factor practical considerations of site work and haulage
• Communication at all levels
• Drawing production
• Time management
• Leadership
• Drivers licence

Package & Working Week for the Engineering Manager:

• A competitive starting salary of between £45-80,000 p/a
