Engineering Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Barnsley who are a leading manufacturing business. This client have expanded their team over the past 3 years and have invested heavily in their manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that are expanding and investing heavily in it's future. 

The Person:

• Educated to HNC / Degree level ideally in engineering.
• Experienced in a Manufacturing environment. 
• Have led and developed teams. 
• Experienced with change management. 

The Role:

• Leading all site maintenance tasks. 
• Controlling the CMMS work load. 
• Supervising engineering tasks. 
• Reporting maintenance data to the manufacturing director. 
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunity. 
• Leading CAPEX projects. 
• Recruiting staff.
• Mentoring and developing staff.

This role is working Monday to Friday (Days only) and is paying £50,000 plus bonus and vehicle. For more information contact Shaun Treacy @ Questech.
