Due to exciting expansion plans and constantly increasing demand for their product, they are looking for a personable and reliable Supervisor to help manage their expert engineering team.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in the successful running of the engineering department within this company. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the engineers, maintaining a great team morale, and increasing productivity across the site, as well as helping with the hands on maintenance during busy periods.

The Role:
Manage a team of engineers in an FMCG environment
Assist the engineering manager to increase KPIs, manage workloads, and maintain excellent morale
4 on 4 off shift pattern
