Engineering Shift Manager

Zest are looking for an accomplished engineering leader to join a well-established food business in Lincolnshire.
Whilst on shift, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of multi-disciplined engineers, delegating work loads, addressing technical issues and ensuring health and safety is adhered to at all times.
You will need to be time-served, multi-skilled and have a strong FMCG/food background
