Job Description
- Oversee and manage the Engineering & Manufacturing department
- Implement and monitor maintenance strategies for optimal site operation
- Develop and implement health and safety procedures
- Manage budget and resources for Site Services
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve strategic goals
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Engineering & Site Services Manager should have:
- Engineering experience based on completion of an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in budget and resource management
- The ability to implement and monitor maintenance strategies
- The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent problem-solving skills
