We are seeking a talented Engineering & Site Services Manager to lead our FMCG department. The successful candidate will manage our engineering and manufacturing team, ensuring optimal operation of our Glasgow site.

Description

• Oversee and manage the Engineering & Manufacturing department
• Implement and monitor maintenance strategies for optimal site operation
• Develop and implement health and safety procedures
• Manage budget and resources for Site Services
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve strategic goals
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Profile

A successful Engineering & Site Services Manager should have:

• Engineering experience based on completion of an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in budget and resource management
• The ability to implement and monitor maintenance strategies
• The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent problem-solving skills
