Shadow and work with senior colleagues with a variety of tasks, such as:
- Prepare and review tender documentation.
- Support the management of internal and external teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work scopes.
- Support the Engineering of offshore installation procedures.
- Prepare / present work scope technical details to colleagues.
- Overall gain an insight into how a project team functions & delivers projects to clients safely & efficiently.
- Commercial orientated; evaluating markets and sizing potential business opportunities in the renewables segment.
- Engineering & Construction; perform engineering studies for offshore renewables projects.
Shadow and work with senior colleagues with a variety of tasks, such as:
- Interface with project teams, front end commercial teams and other discipline engineers.
- Develop competence within an engineering discipline.
- Develop an awareness of all engineering disciplines.
- Undertake analysis/design engineering tasks within own ‘home’ disciplines.
- Communicate engineering findings with the wider team/client.
- Studying any Engineering discipline, Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
