As a result of organisational change, a newly created position has arisen for an Engineering Team Lead with a background in electronics or embedded development. The Electronics Team Lead will join a pioneering organisation, working at the forefront of optical technology!
As the Engineering Team Lead you will be managing a team of c.10 Electronics and Software Engineers, taking responsibility for ensuring best practice, process improvement and implementing new tools and technologies, spearheading change in to the business.

What's Required of the Engineering Team Lead?
- Educated to a degree level in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Experience managing Engineering Teams
- Solid technical background in either electronics or embedded development
- Experience with change management, ensuring best practices, process improvement and technology modernisation
