Salary: �54,000 per annum depending on experience plus 5% Bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday 39hrs per week
The Engineering Team Lead is a key memr of the site engineering function, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the brewery maintenance team. Planning of resource and work order completion, liaising with production and planning departments

Engineering Team Leader
Responsibilities:
* Ensure delivery of engineering plans and communicate via daily operation reviews and weekly reviews of KPI's.
* Must work closely with the Engineering Manager and production planners to ensure objectives are met effectively and economically with minimum loss of output.
* Have a safety, environment and quality focus, and drive; shift optimisation, standardisation, and ensure GMP standards are implemented and maintained.
* Is responsible for ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained to the correct standards for safe operation.
* Has responsibility to coordinate daily resource, plan and ensure completion of PPMs and corrective work orders.
* Has responsibility to maintain and update as required the CMMS (Dynaway).
* Has responsibility to ensure engineering stock is booked out and reordered as per task.
* Has responsibility for managing contractors for site which includes but not limited to; delivering site induction to ensure contractors adhere to site health and safety policies and procedures.
* Responsible for approving risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
* Ensure work can be completed with minimal impact to production with an emphasis to health and safety regulations.
* Deputise for Site Engineering Manager when required.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site.
* Line Management responsibilities for the Engineering Team.
Engineering Team Leader
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a leadership role or managing a team of people, ideally in an FMCG environment.
* Strong technical background in engineering, with expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
* Skilled user of systems required by role, D365, CMMS, SMS, Shop floor data capture, I Auditor and Microsoft office tools.
* IOSH/NEBOSH General Certificate
* COSHH & HACCP Level 3
* Food Safety Level3
