THE JOB:
- Deliver practical learning on a 1-2-1 basis or to small groups of pupils
- Deliver a curriculum which leads to BTEC qualification or industry related qualification
- Effectively monitor the progress of each pupil, checking their understanding systematically and effectively, putting in place clearly directed and timely interventions
- Support all pupils to become confident, self-assured learners

THE PERSON:
- Vocational sector specific qualification or proven industry specific experience in engineering (eg metalwork, welding, woodwork, mechanics)
- Experience in teaching, instructing or coaching groups preferred
- A passion for working with pupils with SEN and a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties
- The ability to deliver lessons that are informative, interesting and inspiring
- A dedication to positive behaviour management
- Committed to continual professional development

SALARY:
£26,440 - £32,230 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
