The role of an English Graduate Teaching Assistant is to rise attainment levels by supporting students 1-2-1 within the classroom and taking small group intervention sessions to ensure that all students are working at the same level.
This position is in a Solihull secondary school that is rated "GOOD" and is conveniently close to all major roads and transport hubs as well as having on-site parking for staff.
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supported by a team of dedicated and experienced English teachers who know the needs of the students and can assist you in supporting them successfully.
