```Duties```
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students for English Language and Literature, using the UK English curriculum.
- Assess students' academic needs and create personalized lesson plans to address those needs.
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents/guardians to ensure alignment with classroom instruction and student goals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance student learning, face-to-face or online.
```Experience```
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and school staff.
- Ability to educate and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of special education principles and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs is a plus.
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required.
