English Language Teacher

Job Summary

Hours : Monday - Friday 08:45-17:30

15,21 or 30 hours teaching per week available

Wage : £15 per teaching hour gross (depending on qualification)

Minimum qualification/experience: CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent

Ideal qualification/experience: Secondary QTS (English or Foreign Languages), Primary QTS

Maximum class size :16

28 days holiday per year including bank holidays pro rata

In line with safer recruitment all staff should have an enhanced DBS check. If it is not on the update system, a new one will be applied for. All gaps in CVs will need to be explained and
all references will be followed up.

Responsibilities and Duties

Teaching English as a foreign language to students aged16+ and/or 9-16 year olds

Record keeping and assessment.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 2-6 months

Pay: £15.00-£18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
