Role and Responsibilities:
As the Second in Charge, you will be responsible for leading and managing a talented team of English teachers. Your key responsibilities will include curriculum development, lesson planning, assessment strategies, and monitoring student progress. Additionally, you will contribute to whole-school initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards and uphold the school's reputation.
