English Teacher

The Role :

• Plan and Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Plan and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to different abilities
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum.
• Monitor and track student attainment and progress, ensuring targets are met.
• Maintain strong communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

What we need from you :

• UK Recognised teaching Qualification - PGCE with QTS or QTLS, or working towards QTS.
• NQTs, Overseas Trained Teachers with UK work rights, and experienced Instructors are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in English with teaching qualifications or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Availability 5 days per week
• Possession of a Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update service or willingness to obtain one through GSL Education.
• A fully checkable work history.
