Part-time, supply

We are currently working with a beatuifully resourced SEND school in North Birmingham, that are currently asking us to assist them in finding an English Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis. This could lead to regular assignments for the right candidate, and would be a highly rewarding opportunity.

As the successful English Teacher, we would expect that you will:

• Deliver lessons as planned by the class Teacher, adapting pedagogy for individualised learning needs.
• Manage behaviour in accordance with the school's behaviour policies.
• Record, monitor and assess student engagement in lessons, reporting back when necessary.
• Have varied or specialised experence in addressing SEMH needs
