The main purpose of the Enquiry Officer role is to provide a high quality service to internal and external customers in line with force service standards. To make initial contact from members of the public and deal appropriately. To record incidents and crime reports and updates on to the Force systems from police officers and police staff.
- The Enquiry Officer role is office based
- Full time and Part time (18.5 role - Monday - Wednesday week 1, Thursday and Friday week 2)
- Permanent
The closing date is 12 noon on Tuesday 27th February 2024
The recruitment process will consist of 2 stages. Stage 1 being an assessment centre at Hindlip, Worcester and stage 2 being an interview at Shrewsbury.
