Enrichment Manager

The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest FE College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us an Enrichment Manageron a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the development and delivery of the cross-college enrichment programme, providing high quality opportunities for students to develop and discover their interests and talents and support them to develop their character including their resilience, confidence, and independence.

In order to do this role, you will need:

• Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent
• Evidence of managing and leading activity programmes for young people
• Evidence of establishing monitoring and tracking systems
• Evidence of working effectively across a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstration of ability to lead activity/event programmes
• Sound interpersonal /leadership skills
• Evidence of successful contribution to team work
• Enthusiasm to embrace new ideas and initiatives
• An analytical approach to data systems and their use in raising performance
• Energy and enthusiasm to implement ambitious new ideas and initiatives
• Flexibility to work across our college campuses
