Job description

  • Annual salary of up to £25,000 (DOE/FTE)
  • Fixed-Term role, (24 Months)
  • Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
  • Liverpool city centre office base, elements of hybrid working

The role

As the Enrolment and Progressions Officer, you will be providing an effective, timely and a fully comprehensive support function to the funded learning department at TLF. The scope of the role will be varied and cover all aspects of enrolment, follow up, tracking and administration tasks.

Working within the compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork relevant to learners attracting ESFA Funding (including Apprenticeship, AEB, Study Programme and specifically Skills Bootcamps) is fully completed and submitted to compliance in a timely manner. Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that TLF meets its contractual requirements, ranging from the submission of valid and eligible claims, to ensuring that we embed sustainable development in all our practices and developments.

The right fit

  • Previous experience of ESFA Funded programmes such as Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Budget, Study Programme and Skills Bootcamps
  • A high working level of English and Maths
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • A sound knowledge of IT applications including Microsoft Office, Learner Management Systems or equivalent management information system
  • An ability to deal with and follow complex information and procedures, using initiative and judgement in problem-solving with a keen attention to accuracy and detail in processing data
  • Excellent prioritising, organisational and time management skills
