What you’ll do
- Conduct SAFe Agile training sessions for leaders, stakeholders & release train members, ensuring effective delivery of the SAFe Agile framework and principles
- Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, to meet the specific needs of different teams and departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions
- Provide guidance and support to leadership teams in implementing Agile at scale, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices
- Work within Lean Agile Centre of Excellence to cross-skill other coaches & identify areas of improvement within the group
- Advocate and facilitate a culture shift within the organization
- Identify and address any systemic issues that may impede agile practices within the organization
What you’ll bring
Must Have:
- Certification as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- At least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach within a SAFe environment
- Have at least trained 5 Agile Release Trains end to end
- Strong knowledge and experience in implementing SAFe Agile methodologies in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training sessions and workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Nice to Have:
- Worked as an RTE/STE within a full configuration SAFe framework in an enterprise
- Previous experience of working within a LACE organisation
- Agile coaching certification such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT or ICP-CAT

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
