The Role
Description:
The role of Enterprise SDR is to help our client develop a sales pipeline and increase
their market presence through calling, research channels such as LinkedIn and the
use of their inhouse CRM. The ESDR will focus on generating new business leads,
creating interest and opportunities for our client’s sales team.
You must be sales orientated, self-motivated, with lots of energy and a go-getter
attitude. This is a hunter role targeting Enterprise level companies employing more
than 5,000 staff. It's important that you're an excellent listener and communicator and
have good organization, administration and relationship-building skills.
What you will do:
● As an ESDR you will identify leads using LinkedIn, Social Media, other news
sources and telephone calling to set up qualified discovery meetings/demos for our
clients.
● Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team.
● Learn, leverage and help evolve our lead qualification and sales processes.
● Meet/exceed monthly qualified leads and/or sales quota to ensure pipeline
objectives as directed.
Requirements
● Passion for sales and a demonstrable history of over-achievement.
● Minimum 4+ years business development experience in SaaS/tech sectors.
● Experience of Account Based Marketing outreach and prospect engagement
● Software/technology aptitude, including CRM and sales engagement applications.
● Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of daily outbound activities while
maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
● Competitive team player.
● Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a technical or business discipline.
● Flexibility with a strong work ethic
● You must be an excellent verbal and written communicator with an ability to learn,
understand, explain and articulate complex processes and information at all levels.
