Entertainment Character Performance Coordinator
As LEGOLAND Windsor Resort gets ready to open our new overnight accommodations: The LEGOLAND® Woodland Village, our Entertainment Team is also growing! They will be involved in delivering new and exciting evening Entertainment at all of our hotel venues, and the role of Entertainment Character Performance Coordinator will be a key function in ensuring that our guests are receiving the highest quality entertainment.
The Entertainment Character Performance Coordinator will support the development of the Entertainment Performance Team (known as ALLSTARS), ensuring they receive relevant and appropriate training, issuing show performance feedback, coaching them to achieve excellent guest KPIs and managing employee relations where necessary.
You’ll work alongside the Senior Entertainment Operations Manager to set and maintain the high standards of interactive entertainment that our guests have come to know and love here at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort!
Please note this role will have a start date after 1st April 2024

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, evenings and weekends according to our operation and event delivery calendar

Qualification & Experience:
- Ideally, you’ll have previously managed a team or performers and be familiar with managing employee relations appropriately
- You’ll be an excellent communicator, with experience working with stakeholders of varying seniority
- We think it would be great if you have previously worked as a performer, ideally in a theme park setting
- You’ll have a flexible approach to shift times as our Entertainment offerings cover the entire resort, both park and overnight accommodations, and you will work a mixture of evenings / early mornings / weekends / bank holidays according to the performance calendar, event delivery and shows rehearsal rota

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for an Entertainment Character Performance Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
