Due to a recent internal promotion, we're seeking an Environmental Caretaker to join our South London Estate Services team.
You'll make a real difference to our communities and our customers by ensuring the cleanliness, safety and security on our estates and by promoting a positive image of Clarion Housing through a good working relationship with residents.
Working in a team, you'll be responsible for the removal of bulk refuse and share driving responsibilities of a 3.5 tonne van between our sites and recycling centres.
Other duties include sweeping communal pathways, reporting or making minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and removing weeds and overall monitoring estate activity. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, good customer care skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a 'can do' mentality.

Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
Although based at Ashgrove Road, applicants may need to cover other schemes in the area.
Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
