Randox Laboratories is currently looking to hire an organised anddetail orientated individual in the position of Environmental Manager. Based atthe Randox Science Park in Antrim, the successful applicant will play a keyrole in implementing and promoting H&S procedure and policies in line withlegislation and company objectives. The candidate must be available to travelwithin UK regularly.
The Role:
·To be the Environmental “Management Representative”.
·To establish, implement and maintain the Environmental ManagementSystem in accordance with the Company’s vision and objectives.
·To promote awareness of Randox’s environmental vision and policiesto staff.
·To ensure that actual or potential environmental risks areidentified and controlled.
·To ensure that agreed preventative actions are effectivelyimplemented.
·To monitor compliance to the Environmental Management System andto notify management of any non-compliance.
·To manage the company’s Carbon Reduction Commitment

The Candidate:
Essential:
·Qualified to degree level in a Science or Business-relatedsubject.
·Supervisory experience.
·Computer literate.
Desirable:
·Training in legal and other requirements.
·An awareness or working knowledge of Total Quality ManagementSystems.
·A working knowledge of health and safety requirements.
