You’ll analyse and audit data to highlight emerging trends and needs, then work with relevant stakeholders to decide which will add the greatest value and how we might go about it, formalising requirements, benefits and processes. You’ll then champion whatever change programme has been proposed, gaining buy-in across the business and producing progress reports to keep everyone on track. Responsible for driving best-practice, you’ll need to make sure your knowledge is always up-to-date. You’ll also support the transformation and change team as and when they need it.
