We are delighted to work with a household name in hard industry & construction looking to recruit a mid-senior level Commercial/EPC Lawyer to join the team for a 1year fixed term contract (which may become permanent).
With over 8,000 employees and a long and complex value chain, this is a mature and successful business with a strong culture of excellence and best practice. You will join a stable, collegiate and friendly team which works remotely, while still maintaining a close and effective working relationship.
We are looking for broad and deep experience across commercial and construction contracts, in particular experience in drafting and negotiating FIDIC and NEC. Some contentious experience may also be useful. The successful candidate will have the confidence and ability to turn their hand to matters they may not have dealt with previously and hit the ground running. Experience in-house in EPC and/or manufacturing will be very useful.
