twentyAI is partnered with an agricultural business that focuses on sustainable farming practices and innovative agricultural technologies.

The business cover diverse agricultural activities, including crop cultivation, livestock farming, and property management (80 Commercial and 300 residential). Additionally, the business is involved in R&D to continuously improve farming methods and contribute to the long-term sustainability of food production e.g. strawberries.

The group is in the middle of a large digital transformation project and now at the stage to upgrade their ERP from Epicor 10 to Kinetic. The business currently operates with 78 systems covering the varied practices of farming, from sheep management, fleet checking for vehicle tracking to regulatory systems for energy generation, which is in the millions of transactions per year. A large piece of this transformation work will be to minimize any system duplication and automate as much as possible the business has been using Epicor for 5 years. Some of the challenges they are facing with the system lie within finance and purchasing, due to the current lack of configuration to their business requirements. Alongside the upgrade to Kinetic, the business wishes to implement new modules such as FP&A and advanced manufacturing. The company consists of 300 employees, half of whom are users of Epicor.

The Requirement:

Need an Epicor Product Owner to complete the implementation of Epicor Kinetic, delivering on all workflows and process mapping to then train and engage users with the updates.

The head office is based in Lincoln and will require an individual to be based here, in a hybrid WFH arrangement; as well as this, regular travel is needed across their other offices/farms across the UK in Bath, Oxford, as well as London.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Epicor Kinetic product knowledge as well as in-depth manufacturing experience.
