The Role:


We are looking for an Equality Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to help us on the next stage of our journey.


Working with colleagues across the Council, this will include working on the launch of our next four-year ED&I action plan, overseeing the further development of our employee networks, validating our progress against external benchmarks and accreditations, and leading on portfolio of change initiatives aligned to our People Plan.

About You:


To be suitable for this role, you will have a real drive to make things happen. Bringing a proactive and collaborative approach to every challenge, we will expect you to have comprehensive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capacity to balance your own workload.


Underpinning your approach with solid data and insight, you will have good problem-solving skills, and you will be well versed in policy and project development, ideally in context of workplace ED&I.
