The role
As an Equipment and Mobilisation Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. As a focal point for business growth and data management withing the Equipment & Inventory Management space, Integrating with Business Growth teams & delivering mobilisation of new contracts using existing standardise Inventory management processes.

Day to day, you'll be the focus lead for engaging with business growth to support bids and contract mobilisation, as well as:

• Drive data management to implement accurate reporting across the function including working with foundry.
• You will have the responsibility for achieving availability, performance, savings and targets relating to inventory availability and demand satisfaction.
• Work with the rest of the Equipment & Inventory Management Team to streamline processes and procedures to ensure effective control of activities relating to material demand, quality management, handling / storage, issue to the customer.
• Review inventory performance against business requirements and make recommendations on any opportunities to make improvements.

This role is a hybrid role as when required team meetings, you may be required to work on site for longer periods if project demands.

Essential experience of the Equipment and Mobilisation Lead:

• Managing mobilisation of contracts
• Good data analysis to improve data management & reporting across the function
• Thorough knowledge of systems and processes relating to inventory management and material control.
• Analytical skills to analyse data and make decisions.
• The ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach to workload.

Qualifications for the Equipment and Mobilisation Lead:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
