Job description

About the role

You will be responsible for the organisation and administration of the Equipment department, making sure our fleet is running efficiently whilst completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

  • Working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
  • Check daily on where all the trailer fleet is and follow up on static equipment.
  • Organising the MOT & Service schedules for the fleet of trailers.
  • Arrange with third party repairers in all countries to book in MOT, service, and repair work on daily basis.
  • Arranging for unscheduled maintenance and breakdown.
  • Ensure that cost control is adhered to.
  • Assist in evolving the function and control measures within the group.

About you

You must be a self-driven individual with an open mind and willing to learn. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and able to work on their own initiative as well as being a part of our Equipment team.
