We are supporting a ground breaking technology business in their search for a new
Equipment Engineer to maintain their state of the art laboratory and manufacturing facility. Working in a highly professional team, you will support the R&D departments growth by overseeing upgrades to the cleanroom and production areas. This is an organisation that has recently secured big contract wins delivering financial stability for the future.
Core duties include:
- Develop and upgrade cleanroom environment and facilities to allow R&D and production work
- Analyse equipment breakdowns and develop corrective actions accordingly
- Sustain continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and scalability
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment breakdowns
- Develop troubleshooting procedures to reduce machine downtime
- Setup and commission new equipment
- Carry out equipment and the facility systems maintenance to allow minimal interruption to production
- Upgrade the cleanroom environment to allow effective production process
