Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities / Equipment Engineer to be primarily based within our Stirling site. This is a full-time position reporting to the Engineering Supervisor. In this role you will work under the direction of the Engineering Supervisor and in conjunction with the Engineering Team, to ensure effective maintenance and calibration of all business-critical equipment, instruments and systems ensuring they are completed according to the schedule, ensuring that the equipment and instrumentation used within the manufacturing and laboratory areas are available for use by laboratory staff. You will comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure business critical Facilities, equipment, instruments, and systems comply with current GxP standards, ensuring all documentation is completed in adherence with GxP regulations and company procedures.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in a similar engineering role
  • Formal engineering qualification in either mechanical, electrical or similar
  • Experience with Electrical Systems and fault finding
  • Self-motivated, team player & flexible worker
  • Proven experience in a GXP/highly regulated environment - preferred
  • Experience of HVAC including humidity control & refrigeration, chillers/ compressed air systems - preferred
  • Experience of Building Management Systems (BMS) - preferred
  • Experience with Laboratory Equipment - preferred
