Role: Nuclear Equipment Surveyor
Salary: 49 - 55k
Location: UK. This role is 95% remote, with occasional trips to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Nuclear Equipment Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to international codes and standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing procedures and inspection plans to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Remote supervision of on-site inspectors, analysis of inspection reports, and communicating findings to clients.
- Active participation in online and face-to-face meetings, periodic visits to manufacturing locations in the UK and Europe and explaining review findings to clients.
We seek a candidate who demonstrates:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in international standards such as ASME and BS EN ISO series.
- Technical expertise in rotating equipment, pressure systems, and their relevant standards (PSSR, applicable ISO standards, etc.).
- CSWIP Welding
- Experience in either the nuclear or Oil & Gas sectors
- Technical experience in either heat treatment or NDT are desirable but not essential.
