We are on the lookout for commercially driven, engaging and knowledgeable EDI practitioners, who will partner with our extensive client base to deliver innovative, measurable and practical EDI interventions.
Due to our increasing portfolio of clients, we are looking to grow our team and want fantastic people to be part of it.
We have two roles available in our fully remote team and seek individuals who have worked in either a business partnering or consultancy-based capacity; advising, influencing and creating a variety of high quality, impactful EDI initiatives. You will have a strong awareness of the political, social, legislative and cultural landscape you are working within, and reflect this diversity in the work you produce.
Our Senior EDI Consultants deliver industry leading training to our clients on a wide range of topics, therefore experience in the design and delivery of training to a broad audience is essential to be successful in this role.

We are a recognised thought leader in cultural change, diversity, and Inclusion with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We work with organisations across the globe to harness the power of Diversity and support them in recognising the positive impact change can bring to their workplace culture.
Our client base is varied, from smaller organisations right up to global blue-chip companies. The stakeholders themselves are often C-suite level, through to HR and the wider business. We offer our clients a wide range of services that reach across the entire employee life cycle including coaching and mentoring, inclusive recruitment, audits and surveys.
What is like to work here as Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Consultant?
Our work is fast paced, no two days are the same, and we seek people who are confident and capable of managing a busy schedule with often competing demands, never compromising on quality for our clients. We need you to be experienced at managing challenging conversations, adeptly able to handle objections and meet your stakeholders at their level.
You will be willing and able to travel regularly, both in the UK and abroad, to work with our clients face to face, and we have a robust expenses policy to support you.
