Overview:
Join an independently owned, directly authorised financial services organisation as an Office-Based Equity Release Adviser in Stockton-on-Tees. Handle pre-qualified leads and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team, offering expert whole-of-market advice & build lasting client relationships.
Main Duties:
As part of a team of over 50 financial experts, your role will involve working from the Stockton-on-Tees office, managing pre-qualified Equity Release leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
On a daily basis, engage with new clients over the phone, providing comprehensive whole-of-market Equity Release advice. The role demands professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service, particularly when dealing with clients' family members.
Utilise the advanced computer system for efficient Equity Release consultations. While the primary focus is on telephone consultations, occasional discussions with clients' children or grandchildren may be required.
Key Skills:
- Essential: Experienced financial services professional with a background in advising on mortgages, protection, pensions, or investments.
- Preferred: Relevant Equity Release qualification (or willingness to attain).
- Preferred: Previous telephone sales experience.
