Equity Sales Associate
West Hill is a leading private equity and venture capital firm based in London that provides institutional and professional private investors with the opportunity to invest into some of Europe’s foremost emerging technology businesses.
In recent years, West Hill has raised approaching £500million for a portfolio of innovative and hugely scalable technology businesses, producing some very substantial investor returns in the process.
As the West Hill portfolio continues to mature, Equity Sales Associates are now being recruited to participate in what is likely to be significant growth in the coming years, providing opportunities for rapid career progression for the right candidates.
Ideal candidates will be highly articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships with successful entrepreneurs and senior investment professionals. They should have significant interest in expanding their knowledge of the investment and capital markets, as well as a passion for backing the potential world leading technology companies of tomorrow.
A key aspect of the role will be to assist the team in identifying and connecting with new investors, assisting members of the team in onboarding new investor contacts. The role will be varied, enabling candidates to quickly expand their knowledge base, attending investee company meetings, carrying out research and reports and then raising capital for these businesses.
Full training will be provided, enabling candidates to obtain a detailed understanding of the business and wider venture capital and private equity markets.

Qualifications
- Highly articulate, excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong academic background
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
- Graduate or 0 – 5 years professional working experience
- Driven and self-motivated with an ability to work independently where required
