MLC Partners are working with an NHS Trust who are looking to recruit an Employee Relations Manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive support on complex ER cases across the Trust. The role will support the Employee Relations team, ensuring that concerns and complaints are expertly triaged, and HR Investigations are completed to a high standard in a timely manner.
To be considered this role, they are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience in employee relations, ideally within the NHS.
Hybrid working is available, with the expectation that you will be on site 3 days per week. This role is considered inside IR35.
