The starting salary for this role is £43,923per annum based on a 36-hour working week. 

We are excited to be recruiting a new ERP Business Integration and Benefits Officer to assist us in integrating our new ERP, MySurrey, seamlessly into our day to day work. About the Team

Surrey County council has recently implemented a new ERP system called MySurrey which uses the Unit4 ERP platform. The Client Engagement Function (CEF) team is a new team established by the Council to drive meaningful transformation through optimising our ERP system use, ensuring it becomes a powerful tool to drive efficiency and collaboration.

About the Role

As a Business Integration and Benefits Officer, you will drive action and delivery, providing a unique hands-on opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation, requiring collaboration with project managers, SME's, and stakeholders.

This team and your role, will be working with all areas of the business, building good relationships with key stakeholders. You will attend departmental and team meetings to look at how the use of MySurrey can benefit the department, team, or individual work. 

When changes or projects are required, it will be your role to collaborate with the departments to bring this change to our team and ensuring it demonstrates value and is align to our key principles. You will do this by looking at the requirements and analysing the benefits, liaising with our Platform Architect and the Business area on MySurrey solution options and help prepare this for the relevant boards. 

You will then be responsible for following this change through, along with our IT&D colleagues, linking back to the customer at all stages. You will input into the overall MySurrey plan for the delivery of change and ensure that the priority of the work is clear for our partner departments. You will communicate back to our stakeholders with regular updates and ensure that the benefits from any change are realised. It is your goal to become a trusted advisor on MySurrey for your stakeholders and confidently guide them through the change process.

Shortlisting Criteria

The role requires strategic thinking as well as experience of aligning ERP systems with organisational goals. You should be proficient in change management, project coordination, stakeholder management and process enhancement. In addition, you will be driven by results and excel in collaboration and optimising outcomes in transformative projects. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-focused, and a team player. Experience with Payroll, HR, Procurement or Finance processes is desirable.
