Your Role
Our clients are seeking a highly capable ERP Consultant to deploy ERP software at their business. You will be consulting with management to determine their ERP needs, developing, and implementing ERP solutions.
To ensure success as an ERP consultant, you should demonstrate process knowledge of Manufacturing and Distribution the ability to document those processes. A first-class ERP consultant will be someone whose technical expertise results in optimised business processes, services, and human resource management
Key Responsibilities:
- Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
- Ownership of new Priority ERP implementations
- Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
- Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates and training.
- Business process analysis, design, or re-engineering
- Project Planning
- Project budget management
- Pilot Software procurement and software acceptance testing during implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry as Consultant or Developer.
- ERP Expertise: Proven experience in implementing or utilising ERP systems in previous roles.
- Deep Understanding of ERP: Solid grasp of data structures, relationships, and ERP concepts.
- ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems such as Priority, SAP, Sage, Oracle, Dynamix, Epicor, or NetSuite.
- Development Skills: Proficiency in SQL reporting, SQL views, and queries, or other relevant development experience.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and ERP development tools.
- Business Process Acumen: An understanding of business process flows, preferably from backgrounds like manufacturing, distribution, or finance.
- ERP Customisation: Previous experience in ERP development and customisation.
